Terms and Conditions for the Acquisition and Use of E-Tickets and E-Gift Vouchers of V\u0161\u012e “KREP\u0160INIO NAMAI”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I. General Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cTerms\u201d) of the non-profit organization V\u0161\u012e \u201cKREP\u0160INIO NAMAI\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 KN) govern the acquisition and use of e-tickets for KN educational programs, when visitors purchase tickets via the website\u00a0www.krepsinionamai.lt<\/a>. This website also offers tickets for events organized by KN, as well as e-gift vouchers valid at KN.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. These Terms form an integral part of any ticket purchased by the KN visitor (hereinafter \u2013 Visitor) and establish the contractual obligations between the Visitor and KN.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Before purchasing a ticket, the Visitor must read and agree to these Terms and the E-Ticket Data Privacy Policy, which are publicly available on the website\u00a0www.krepsinionamai.lt<\/a>\u00a0and presented for review before ticket purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    II. Ticket Purchase Terms at <\/strong>www.krepsinionamai.lt<\/strong><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. When purchasing a ticket at\u00a0www.krepsinionamai.lt<\/a>, the Visitor must ensure that the selected date, visitor categories, ticket quantity, and all other required information are correct. KN is not liable for any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted during or after the order\/payment process, including consequences such as undelivered tickets due to an incorrectly entered email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. After selecting tickets, the Visitor must enter the required details (name, surname, email address, phone number, country), verify the cart contents, and, if correct, carefully review and accept these Terms. If the Visitor does not agree to the Terms, they cannot proceed with the ticket purchase online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. If the Visitor selects the \u201cInvoice required\u201d option, an electronic invoice will be generated using the provided personal or company information and sent by email together with the e-tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Payment is processed through the\u00a0www.paysera.lt<\/a>\u00a0payment system. Available payment methods include most Lithuanian online banking services and credit cards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Upon receiving confirmation of successful payment from Paysera, the e-tickets are sent to the Visitor\u2019s provided email address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      III. Ticket Usage Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Visitors are admitted to KN or to an event held at KN (that requires a ticket)\u00a0only<\/strong>\u00a0by presenting a valid ticket purchased at the KN ticket office or through the website\u00a0www.krepsinionamai.lt<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Upon arrival at KN, Visitors must present either a\u00a0printed<\/strong>\u00a0e-ticket\/e-gift voucher or display the\u00a0barcode<\/strong>\u00a0of the e-ticket\/e-gift voucher on a mobile device. The Visitor is responsible for ensuring internet access and the ability to display the barcode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Tickets are valid\u00a0only<\/strong>\u00a0for the specific visit purpose or event and\u00a0only<\/strong>\u00a0at the specified time. A Visitor who exits the area covered by the ticket will\u00a0not<\/strong>\u00a0be allowed re-entry with the same ticket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. If a ticket was purchased with a discount, the Visitor must present identification or proof of eligibility for the discount. Failure to do so will require the Visitor to pay the difference between the full and discounted ticket price at the Museum’s ticket office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Each ticket may be scanned only\u00a0once<\/strong>\u00a0and is valid for\u00a0one person only<\/strong>. The control system records the date and time of the first scan. If the same ticket is scanned again, admission will be denied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Gift vouchers are valid for\u00a0one year<\/strong>\u00a0from the date of purchase. The validity period cannot be extended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Visitors must retain their ticket and receipt (if purchased at the ticket office) until the end of their visit or the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. Tickets are\u00a0non-refundable and non-exchangeable<\/strong>, except in cases where the visit or event did not take place due to reasons attributable to KN.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      9. Gift vouchers\u00a0cannot be used online<\/strong>\u00a0for payments or exchanged for event tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      10. If the visit to KN or an event is canceled due to KN\u2019s fault:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
