Terms and Conditions for the Acquisition and Use of E-Tickets and E-Gift Vouchers of VšĮ “KREPŠINIO NAMAI”

I. General Information

1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) of the non-profit organization VšĮ “KREPŠINIO NAMAI” (hereinafter – KN) govern the acquisition and use of e-tickets for KN educational programs, when visitors purchase tickets via the website www.krepsinionamai.lt. This website also offers tickets for events organized by KN, as well as e-gift vouchers valid at KN.
2. These Terms form an integral part of any ticket purchased by the KN visitor (hereinafter – Visitor) and establish the contractual obligations between the Visitor and KN.
3. Before purchasing a ticket, the Visitor must read and agree to these Terms and the E-Ticket Data Privacy Policy, which are publicly available on the website www.krepsinionamai.lt and presented for review before ticket purchase.

II. Ticket Purchase Terms at www.krepsinionamai.lt

1. When purchasing a ticket at www.krepsinionamai.lt, the Visitor must ensure that the selected date, visitor categories, ticket quantity, and all other required information are correct. KN is not liable for any incorrect or inaccurate information submitted during or after the order/payment process, including consequences such as undelivered tickets due to an incorrectly entered email address.
2. After selecting tickets, the Visitor must enter the required details (name, surname, email address, phone number, country), verify the cart contents, and, if correct, carefully review and accept these Terms. If the Visitor does not agree to the Terms, they cannot proceed with the ticket purchase online.
3. If the Visitor selects the “Invoice required” option, an electronic invoice will be generated using the provided personal or company information and sent by email together with the e-tickets.
4. Payment is processed through the www.paysera.lt payment system. Available payment methods include most Lithuanian online banking services and credit cards.
5. Upon receiving confirmation of successful payment from Paysera, the e-tickets are sent to the Visitor’s provided email address.

III. Ticket Usage Rules

1. Visitors are admitted to KN or to an event held at KN (that requires a ticket) only by presenting a valid ticket purchased at the KN ticket office or through the website www.krepsinionamai.lt.
2. Upon arrival at KN, Visitors must present either a printed e-ticket/e-gift voucher or display the barcode of the e-ticket/e-gift voucher on a mobile device. The Visitor is responsible for ensuring internet access and the ability to display the barcode.
3. Tickets are valid only for the specific visit purpose or event and only at the specified time. A Visitor who exits the area covered by the ticket will not be allowed re-entry with the same ticket.
4. If a ticket was purchased with a discount, the Visitor must present identification or proof of eligibility for the discount. Failure to do so will require the Visitor to pay the difference between the full and discounted ticket price at the Museum’s ticket office.
5. Each ticket may be scanned only once and is valid for one person only. The control system records the date and time of the first scan. If the same ticket is scanned again, admission will be denied.
6. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The validity period cannot be extended.
7. Visitors must retain their ticket and receipt (if purchased at the ticket office) until the end of their visit or the event.
8. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the visit or event did not take place due to reasons attributable to KN.
9. Gift vouchers cannot be used online for payments or exchanged for event tickets.
10. If the visit to KN or an event is canceled due to KN’s fault:

• 10.1 Tickets purchased at the ticket office may be returned only at the same location they were purchased. The original ticket and receipt must be presented for a refund.
• 10.2 Tickets purchased via the website www.krepsinionamai.lt may be returned by sending a refund request and the e-ticket to: info@krepsinionamai.lt.

11. In order to provide online ticketing services, KN must process the Visitor’s personal data. KN collects, processes, and stores this data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other applicable legal acts. Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law, necessary for the provision of services, or with the explicit consent of the Visitor.

IV. Visitor Information and Use of Personal Data

1. By agreeing to these Terms, Visitors acknowledge that their personal data will be used for ticket purchase processing and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
2. KN’s Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.
3. During the ticket purchase process, Visitors may be asked to consent to the use of their personal data for future communications or direct marketing purposes.

V. Other Provisions

1. KN reserves the right to suspend or terminate ticket sales for educational activities and events via www.krepsinionamai.lt without prior notice.
2. KN has the right to amend or supplement these Terms. Any changes become effective upon their publication on www.krepsinionamai.lt.
3. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Any disputes arising from the execution of these Terms will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
