In Lithuania

Important: If you do not receive confirmation emails after placing your order, please check your email spam/junk folder.

Free Pickup

You can collect your order free of charge from the House of Basketball store at Santakos g. 11, Kaunas, after paying for your order in advance.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Please note: Orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving the notification.

Paid Delivery Options

1. Delivery to Parcel Lockers (1–3 business days):
Choose a self-service terminal after completing your payment.
You will receive an SMS with a pickup code once the parcel arrives.

  • DPD Pickup Terminal:
    • €3.50 – parcels up to 10 kg
    • €5.00 – parcels from 10.01 kg to 31.5 kg

2. Home Delivery by Courier (1–3 business days):
Courier will contact you to arrange delivery time.

  • DPD Courier Service:
    • €4.50 – parcels up to 5 kg
    • €6.50 – parcels from 5.01 kg to 20 kg

3. Free Delivery to Parcel Terminal or Home:
Available for orders over €50.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped on the next business day after full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.


International Shipping

Shipping outside Lithuania and/or the EU Customs Union may incur import duties and taxes.
The buyer is responsible for all applicable fees, including import, customs, VAT, and others if applied.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unusedunwashedundamaged, and in original condition (with tags and protective packaging intact).
  • Returns must include a copy of the purchase receipt and a completed return form.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

The seller reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with return policy requirements.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will replace it with the correct one.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the full item price and delivery cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized items (with custom buyer text)
  • Underwear, bodysuits, face masks, and socks
    (as per Lithuanian Civil Code Article 6.228-10)

Return Period

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery.
If the item does not meet expectations, you can request a return within this period.

How to Return an Order

  1. Complete the return form.
  2. Return the item via courier or bring it to our store at:

Return Shipping Fees

The buyer covers all return shipping fees.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or credit provider.
